The blackout curtains helped block most of the cold but I still had 2 climates in the room, the heater kept about 2/3 of the room warm but the 1/3 of the room next to the window was cold. No under bed storage area is a problem in a small room but there was enough room between the foot of the bed and window to lay my open...

"The room is spacious, tidy and clean. Just a bit far away from Hakata Station, needs to take 15 mins by walk. However, bus stops are closed to the hotel. Nice staff and provided very good service. I would recommend the hotel to friends. "

"Really nice hotel for the price. Laundry machines and gym was easily accessible. Gym was empty all three times I went. Nothing fancy, but good! Had dumbbells up to 10kg and smith machine up to 157.5kg. Free coffee in the lounge area 2-11pm. Would come here again."
