"Clean hotel. There were things provided to eat and drink throughout the day - appreciated. Happy hour was good. Place to lounge in the dining area until 10 pm - fantastic. Didn’t like breakfast on the first day- over crowded and chaotic. Non English speaking staff could not communicate what they wanted us to do and gave confusing directions and then chased us around the dining room telling us where we could not sit. The free drinks at the hotel were not really a VIP perk as everyone gets them...

"Newer hotel. Great location to access things. Staff was helpful. English good. Welcome treat was a couple of drinks at the bar. Room not huge but fine. Take out pizza from restaurant ws excellent. Would stay again."

"This hotel is in a great location, close to the train station and easy access to the tram system if you wish to take it to the Peace Park. Walkable to the shops and restaurants of the more central (?) area of downtown. The size of the room, well, it’s Japan. Two of us with one rolling duffel bag each was pretty cramped, but we made it work. The hotel is clean! It was nice to be able to do laundry in their machines. "
