"Beautiful venue, kind and attentive staff that are very welcoming and friendly. Easy to reserve the private onsen and very good amenities. The food was delicious but if you are a traveler with food allergies i would recommend confirming with the staff before and during your stay. They will accommodate your needs, however, we had to remind the staff of my partners food allergies a few times as the menu did not initially follow the food restrictions. Staff are incredibly helpful, kind and friendly, they offer free toiletries, even pyjamas to borrow if you forgot yours. "This hotel has a small hot springs bath. Because it's small you need to follow rules but rules in English are posted everywhere. Washing machine with detergent is free. Dryer is only 100 yen for 20 min. Very nice little town "

"It's super close to the line to Hakone Ropeway! Also a great place. We went on a weekend and it wasn't really that packed at all. The onsens were super clean, safe, and relaxing. Not much chit-chatting like the ones in the US which I LOVED. It was perfect. We got a room with a private onsen and it was cute - it was just like a wooden box hahaha but it was a vibe and really nice. "Out of the way but still very worth it. I loved the traditional vibes the whole onsen had. Private Onsen is magical. Dinner was amazing. Got an on site massage. It was very good, might not be for everyone as their massaging pressure is hard. Perfect for me though since I was walking all over Japan."
