"The lighting around the hotel area isn't that great out on the streets after 11pm... As usual, the spa area can be kept cleaner and not full of hair and stuff around. Could make the spa smell nicer would be great. The pay parking machines weren't working well... Couldn't pay with my credit card. So annoying. Needs to be upgraded or fixed. "Great hotel location in Shin-Yokohama. Breakfast item is same daily during my stay. There are restaurants nearby and close to Shin-Yokohama train station. However, train ride to Tokyo takes about 50 mins and 15 mins to Yokohama area. If you want to save some money and don't mind the train ride time, I recommend this hotel. "

"Property was wall situated near the Kannai Station and the pier. All short walking distance. Room was clean. Showers were hot and water pressure was excellent. Staff was very helpful. Laundry room was very convenient. Would definitely stay again. "

"Great hotel in a very convenient location less than 5 mins walk from Yokohama Station and 10 mins from the K-Arena concert and event venue. Very clean and new; good breakfast at Beck's Coffee on the 1st floor. Easy check-in for non-Japanese speakers as well. A little far from other Yokohama tourist sites but perfect for business visits in the area or arena events. I'll stay there again if I'm in Yokohama for an event."
