「My family and I visit Aloft this past weekend for a cheerleading competition. Customer service is hard to come by these days, Zoe the manager was very helpful and showed great empathy at my check. I couldn’t be more grateful for her. She was also doing an amazing job training the young lady at the front desk, I’m struggling to remember her name, but I strongly believe it started with a A or E. She’s off to a great start with doing amazing things at this company as well. We have competitions here...
