"Hotel was really nice and the room was huge with a side sea view. Location right on the beach and nice pools. Our biggest problem was the food, choice was not good and at all meal times the food was either just warm or cold!! This was brought to the attention of the hotel but nothing changed. I'm just glad we did not go all inclusive. It seems the warm food issue is more of an Albanian thing, as we are out most of the time and food was served the same way and always on a cold plate! "

"Overall the property is excellent, as are the staff. I did however feel that there was a 2-tier system, with my room, # 128 being in an 'old' wing. The room itself did not seem to belong with the rest of the hotel and did not convey a sense of 'luxury' in size or other attributes. It was directly above a party/ball room with thunderous noise at night. The window did not close securely and was next to a road, with horns from traffic.
