"Rooms clean ,location on the main street in varadero. The food is ok no complaints,being in cuba and all the shortage of suppplies,the options is limited . The hotel is quite big with a newly renovated section very beautiful. Easy access to the local taxi cars.The hop on hop off bus tour is frequent. It stops at all the hotels. This is cuba so the hotel do their best to make the stay as enjoyable as they can. I would definitely return and recommend."

"The double room was very clean and everything worked. It was exactly as in the photo. Comfortable bed, nice pillows and good aircon. The TV channels all worked too. The outside area is nice with an outdoor shower and area to wash and dry clothes. A couple of minutes from the beach. Beach towels provided too! Delicious breakfast and kind hostess. The restaurant next door is very convenient too. This was the perfect accommodation for us and we highly recommend it!"

"The owner of the property was really nice and polite. Taxis are easy to get if you walk to the main avenue and there are some restaurants close by. However, the owner is a great cook and I recommend eating there at least one. "

"Writing from Dec 2022. Just had a stay here, with our family, and it was excellent. Ricardo's is a house in a very nice location in Varadero, situated between (and a few blocks away from each) 1st avenue and the Autopista. Walking distance to both the main Varadero beach to the north of the house. Walking distance to the mall with an amusement park to the south. Yet no big auto traffic around the house! Good neighborhood, and secure. (This being Varadero, at least one night per week you will...
