"I had a really comfortable stay at Route-Inn. The room is nice and bed comfy. The breakfast buffet was superb and there are lots of options for affordable dining close by. It is a bit of a walk to get to the train station and some bus stops but I was able to get everywhere I needed just fine. "

"You have to understand the area you are in, and this is pretty rural Japan. So, for such an area this was a great hotel. Clean, helpful staff, very good breakfast included. And, hot bath area if that is your thing. Perfect location right by the station but super quiet. The beds are traditional Japan style so VERY firm. We enjoyed our stay!!"

"料理は美味しかったように思う。野菜がとくにおいしかった。周辺は温泉宿がいくつもあり、趣がある。しかし、水族館や海など、他の山形県のみどころからは離れているので、一泊二日だと、温泉と料理だけを楽しむ旅行になってしまうことは、人によっては難点かもしれない。"

"The watch of Sunset over the Sea of Japan from this property was outstanding!! I got the last room left in the entire town for this holidays in August so I Actually consider myself lucky! The layout of the room was ugly but after I moved things around the energy got better.
