"I stayed here because it's across the street from TCH Las Colinas poker room. My 1-BR suite was spacious and in good condition. "Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Staff was nice and friendly. The TV in our room, did not work, not sure if that was the case for all the TV's, but we couldn't use ours. Otherwise, it was a comfortable stay. We did not spend much time in our room, as we were there for business purposes. My only complaint would be the TV not working, but that could easily be resolved, but again we were there for only 2 nights so it was not a huge priority for us. "

"We had a blast, only complaint I have is my AC in my room didn’t work well & it was kinda hot at night and the walk from the parking lot to your room is pretty brutal so be ready lol! The elevators are always pretty full so taking the stairs was the easy route lol. But overall we had the best time! Great place to bring your kids, like the lady told me while checking in, it’s a resort for kids! "
