"Staff were so nice, location was excellent. Loved the roof top! The room we had did have these little bugs around the sink and one of the beds (that we were luckily not using) but they were harmless - did not bite and would not cause an infestation). "

"Apparently a inconvenient event with Expedia occur and they couldnt received us the first night. They had to find another place for us to stay the first night. The hotel arrange everything and they handle the situation very good but the uncomfortable moment and surprise was not pleassent. "

"I had a lovely stay here. As a single women traveling alone I felt very safe at this location. It was close enough to walk into the city for meals, shopping, and exploring. The boat dock is also within walking distance if you want to explore other towns. I was served coffee and breakfast every morning on the dock which was delicious. The staff was very kind and accommodating. Some of them even spoke english which I found uncommon around the lake. Highly recommend staying in one of the two...

"The hostel is located right at the base of Santa Cruz which made it super easy to grab the lanchas. My friend and I stayed in a private suite which was really nice and cozy. The grounds of the hostel itself are stunning and so relaxing! They host family-style dinner's every night which was so wholesome and was a great way to meet new people. The only cons I will say is that there's only wifi in the common spaces, and wifi doesn't reach the rooms. Other than that, I loved my stay! "
