"A small hotel in a sketchy part of town. Rooms are modern and attractive but a very poor design. Toilet/bath and bed are all in one room, separated by a clear glass wall. The only way to get privacy is to close THREE blinds, and from the outside (bed side), leaving no way to enter the bathroom. Electrical issues--one light was not working and the bathroom light could not be turned OFF. Night clerk said shutting the blinds would cut the light. Also pretty noisy. "The staff is extremely attentive. I needed help using the washer and dryers very early in the morning, but the gentleman at the front desk took special care to drop what he was doing and aid me in getting my laundry completed properly. He was a life saver! They keep this place immaculately clean and orderly. If you’re thinking of booking, don’t think twice, just do it."

"Lestel is at the perfect location. Its lobby/dining area is stylish and well maintained. The washroom and kitchen need a little more frequent care as not all the guests clean after themselves. Overall this is a good choice when visiting Naha. "

"The only drawback I can think of is the water doesn’t get as hot as I might like. Besides that the property is very quiet. Check in was easy and contactless. I left my bike out and it didn’t get stolen. Location is great. It’s very close to a diner."

They had Kinjo loungewear available as promised. I was in a 2 bed room just for myself and it was comfortable and clean. I love the dryer room! Plenty of towels, toothbrushes etc. I’d stay here again."
