"Friendly staff"

"หัองสะอาด กว้างขวางสำหรับห้องนอนคนเดียว ออกแบบห้องได้ดี เครื่องใช้สอยพอเหมาะ การบริการดีมาก แต่ข้อเสียคือเวบาเช็คอินช้า (4PM) เดินไกลจากสถานีนิดนึง ประมาน 500-600 ม. นอกนั้นดีหมด"

"This property was strange in that it was in a coffee shop upstairs. The staff were friendly enough but the set up felt a bit odd. "

"Room was ok. Scruffy (wallpaper hanging off, funny smell etc) but I'm not too bothered about that. The email I received after booking said the front desk was open 6:30 til 22:00. When I arrived at lunch to leave my baggage before check-in (and I emailed ahead to check it was ok) there was nobody there, and no sign saying when someone would be back. I waited around 45mins before eventually going and finding the cleaners who were helpful. I didn't bother trying to leave my bags after checking out....

"very run down hotel. but super spacious room and bathroom. allowed to take more pillows (of various choices) from lobby. near to eateries and also Aeon Mall at JR Asahikawa."
