"Staff service is very good the room is nuce and comfortable to stay"

"I loved the convenience of the area in proximity to a lively area of Tokyo! I also felt safe and comfortable despite the interesting setup of strangers basically living together in a multi room apartment/hotel. The only thing that bothered me a little the lack of dusting on the air conditioner and other areas of the place inside."

"Amazing place"

"Staffs are friendly and responsive. Room is clean with both heat/cool AC, water. Couple of cons for me are: small shower stall. Did not have much room to hang tower or clothes without getting them wet. Another con is the noise due to the surrounding bars and karaoke bars. everyday party up to 5:00 AM! If that is your desire, then go for it. Overall, I like it due to its location near Shinjuku station and cleanliness. "

"This was a great option for one night. The bed was not as comfortable as i thought it would be, but i do recommend if you are on a tight budget."

"Conveniently located near hamamatsucho station. Only issue we had was that our room got very hot in the evening. Can’t change the temperature in the thermostat. "

"The hotel was cute and comfortable. The mattress are hard, not soft. The shower valve gives only hot or cold, not warm. I tried to adjust to warm by twisting the knob. It clicks. One click towars one side or the other and you get all hot or all cold water. It was uncomfortable temperature either way. Other than that, i liked the hotel."

"Had everything you need"

"Great place to walk around the city. Lots of things to do, eat, shop, sightseeing… The room is spacious, extremely clean, very comfortable. Staffs are nice and friendly. We enjoyed our time here. "
