"Very comfortable and cozy. Great host. Good communication and very welcoming. Access is a bit difficult if you have mobility issues but they were very accommodating to allow us to use a different access"

"If you’re staying in the hotel that is not attached to the casino, be prepared to walk very far to the parkade or pay extra for valet. Not accessible for people with mobility issues. Also the pool is in the other building with no robes provided in the room. I had to walk across the walkway in a towel and bathing suit. Won’t stay here again due to these issues."

"The room was beautiful. The staff were amazing, quick, helpful and friendly when they were asked to help. The only thing they could have improved on was the connection to the smart tv. We had to get on a waiting list for a Roku device to connect to Netflix."

"I liked the suite, would've been perfect for just two. Ended up putting teenagers in loft. Hubby and I on the pullout couch. Long stairs to reach the bathroom and then climb over sofa couch. Otherwise I could've taken a regular two queen room "
