The Orbitz description of the property was not accurate. The hotel does not provide a kitchen area to guests. the room to the kitchen had a sign that said, "Staff only". "I have mixed feelings about this hotel. We had to leave earlier than expected due to my father's health. The staff was friendly. The room was manageable. The Orbitz description of the property was not accurate. The hotel does not provide a kitchen area to guests. the room to the kitchen had a sign that said, "Staff only". Staff included anyone who worked in Batesburg--except the tourists. I was told I could use the kitchen facilities, but the "staff" were very territorial, so it became a bit of a challenge. I'd rate the hotel a 7. It's a beautiful city and I recommend you stay here for a day but that's it. "
