"Would have been excellent except heating did not work properly."

"Great location for a business conference at the KICC. Most everything was good, but with staying 4 nights, we constantly had to ask for fresh towels and washcloths, and to have the garbage emptied. And it was never handled promptly, if at all. That was pretty disappointing. "

"Great breakfast and amazing kitchen staff. Liked that there was an indoor pool and hot tub and fitness center. But, our window in our room had a very large crack which allowed a dragt and it was freezing outside. Also, the bathroom handle on the inside of the door was broken & it kept falling off when you attempted to exit the restroom after using it. My poor wife almost panicked cause she got stuck in there 3 times! She didnt want me getting anyone at that moment because she was embarrassed....

"Stayed here for the convenience of being right across from French Lick Resort. Great property, faint smell of either mildew or something in the lobby and the vanity light in the bathroom could use some updating, the light was very dim. But otherwise, had a great stay. Would definitely stay again. "

"I’ve stayed here plenty of times. Safe & clean place for the night. Hot breakfast in the AM, dog friendly with reasonable pet fee. You can book with confidence. "
