"As a very last Minute booking, this broadly worked out well. We paid a premium, but if you book 30 mins before arrival, what can you expect. The staff were helpful and efficient. The rooms are small but very functional. If you are sharing a room, you need to be into cuddling and one of you will be by a wall The room was warm and we couldn’t change the setting from heat to cool. Note the fridge is off when you arrive, so if you intend to use it, turn it on We ate at the Chinese restaurant two...

"Our rooms had the ocean view and it was splendid, esp. during sunrise. Hotel location is next to Aeon and easy access to shinagawa seaside station, so it’s very convenient. It has konbini downstairs and also around the buildings. The room is decent size, a tad bigger than most hotels in Tokyo, could fit a couple of luggages big & small opened and we still have room to move around. Staff were very helpful and kind. We loved our stays there."

"Lovely room on the premium floors had a massage chair and a view of Fujisan! So beautiful at night. Free drip coffee bags in the lobby, connects on to 7-11 on ground floor. Full Japanese breakfast was delicious. Excellent value for money hotel overall. Will need 100 yen change for the laundromat as there were no change machines and the vending machines are frequently out of change. "

" Very clean and comfortable, cheap washers and dryers. Nothing much to to in the are and it has a lot of local restaurants that won’t let you in. It’s good place to sleep to take the Shinkansen the next day to a different city"
