"Nice to stay here if you have early morning flight the next day."

"Couldn’t ask for a better hostel experience here! I struggled to initially find the hostel but when you get to the mall area it’s in, look out for signs labelled ‘CABIN Tokyo Bay’. Reception and I mostly chatted through Google’s Translate app and pyjamas/towels are provided fresh each day. Shower/changing rooms were great, capsule mattresses are flat but to be expected (just a head’s up for side sleepers), but with a lot of room for sitting up if needed. "I never actually made my stay here because my travel arrangements were disrupted by a long plane delay (International flight). As soon as I realized this was going to be the case I got in touch directly with the property. They were incredibly kind and allowed me to cancel with a refund (just this one time). While I don't encourage travelers to expect this, but wanted to share because it's meaningful to receive a little grace when things are not in your control traveling to a foreign country....

"Got a huge shock upon checking in - halls and carpets on our floor and room looked like a war zone - shocking. No photos to show as we immediately requested a change of rooms. It turns out that they are renovating the two buildings in stages and we were able to be relocated to the renovated area, thanks to Suzuki at reception. It is a good location for Disney but beware - you would only want to stay in the renovated section. "
