"Great hotel thats close to transport/attractions for a 2/3 day Hakodate trip"

"It was close to a mall and the Sapporo Convention Center. The best thing was it was steps away from the subway station. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel had nice amenities. Wouldn't mind booking the property again. "

We wanted canceling the reservation and contacted Expedia‘s customer service, spend almost a hour but just wasting our time.We stayed 4nights, no cleaning service. Humidifier filter was dirty. "Great experience with a larger than expected room! Very clean and comfortable. The check in process is rather strange having to call the "front desk" and fill out our own forms was a bit of a process as well. Overall had a great time here though."

"The location was not really visible to find from the main streets around, recommend to read the direction throughly before you go. The room was roomy for this rate and clean. The staff was very friendly and kind to help when I had an issue with delivery service. Breakfast was also good for this room rate. Highly recommended when you would like to save hotel expense and still would expect good service. "

"Nice hostel in Otaru! Owners are friendly and willing to help out any questions you may have. No kerosene heaters required although there was a small one in my room that I used for a nightstand, not sure why it was there because there was also a wall mounted modern Hitachi ac/heater unit that was quiet and worked perfectly. This was my first hostel stay so the only thing I needed was a larger bath towel that was easily purchased a short walk away. Will be back!"
