「It was very good like every time(4 times in this hotel) , but the pillows was not good! 」

「We have stayed at this hotel two years in a row. The hotel is well located for access to the Gondola. The rooms are clean, albeit a little dated. The spa is an added bonus after a day on the slopes and the included breakfast is good. 」

「We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Our 2- bedroom apartment was clean and spacious, the kitchen had sufficient amount of utensils and plates. We brought our own coffee machine, if we had not, there would not be a way for us to make our own coffee (we prefer it first thing in the morning, before dressing to go for breakfast to the restaurant). We appreciated that there was a kitchen towel and a feet towel (something that is missing in many other Bulgarian rental units), as well as...

「it was a place to stay sleep. The bed was ok, but thats where it stopped. towels were terrible, not enough of them. We stayed in a room with a kitchenette & they had no kettle, no utinsels - just a microwave & fridge - neither of which worked. Cleaning staff were very nice, but front desk & resturant were generally bothered we were there - i know some of that is cultural, but come on」

「Σου προσφερει οτι χρειάζεται για λιγες μερες σκι. Πλουσιο πρωινό, ανετα κρεβάτια,καυτό νερο ολη μέρα,πολυ ζεστο δωμάτιο. Θα μπορουσε να ειναι πιο καθαρό Θα μπορουσε να ειναι πιο περιποιημένο, πχ σπασμενο τζάμι ντουζιέρες, σωλήνες που εβρεναν απο σπασμενα πλακάκια, χαλασμενος εξαερισμός στην τουαλέτα. Ακομα θα μπορουσε το προσωπικό να ειναι πιο φιλικό και ευγενικό.」
