"The location was convenient and the rooms were kept clean. The ammenities were basic, as you would expect for budget accommodation but I always felt safe and welcome."

"When I was beginning my trip to Thailand, this is the kind of hotel I was yearned for. Something out of the ordinary that really made me felt like I lived in another country. Green Hill Resort nailed it. For me it was an easy 10 minute walk from the pier. Once you get to the hotel, you better love stairs, because reception and the rooms are up them. "Staff were very helpful at all times. Good food, comfortable bed and good location, what more do you want."

"Overall would recommend. Beds were comfy and aircon was good if you cranked it. Nice private bunks. Bathrooms were a little grimey, but manageable. Pretty big language barrier with staff, were not helpful with travel plans. They were very sweet and wanted to help but have limited English. Right night to 7-11 and a manageable walk to the beach. Pretty quiet at night too!"
