"Great place to stay with view of Mount Fuji. The front desk guy was nice and let us check in early, but was not present at the desk always nor spoke any English at all"

"Highest floors are un-livable, there are extremely loud vibrations that made me complain for money back. They didnt accept, however luckily they allowed me to change room for 4th floor, which I accepted and there the vibrations could not be heard, just extremely loud street noise intercom outside of the room."

"Outside of town slightly easily reached by local bus or a walk, but the location was superlative for walks with gorgeous views by the lake and mt Fuji. Good sized room with two beds so room to move. Next to a great Houtou noodle restaurant. "

"I stayed with R&B Hachioji for 1 night. In my short stay, it is a clean and convenient place, with easy access to the nearby Keio-Hachioji and the main Hachioji station, both are within walkable distances of 3 and 8 minutes respectively. For a reasonable price, u get a comfortable bed, an en-suite shower and boiling kettle. Highly recommended!"

"Convenient location as it is opposite mt fuji stn. However, the toilet at located outside of the house and the heater is not working, very cold."

"This was a cosy, comfy stay for 1 night. Although the owner couldn't speak English, and I can't speak proficient Japanese, the communication worked with the help of translation apps. Although it was snowing outside, the heating in the room warmed us up quickly. Note to say that the walls are quite thin, as you'd expect in a traditionally built Japanese building, so you can for sure hear other guests snoring. Didn't bother me at all though. Was a nice stay. "
