"Fairfield saved me! My plan was to stay near downtown KC all week, but my flight was arriving after midnight so I booked this hotel because it had a 24-hour shuttle from the airport. I was arriving from the West Coast after midnight, and all the rental car places were closed. I really appreciated Andrea's courtesy and friendly pickup after a long flight and layover in Las Vegas. The room was clean, the free breakfast was satisfying, and the fitness center met my needs."

"There was nothing remarkable about the hotel. I did like the floors. Tub was in bad shape. Microwave didn’t work. The rest was substandard. "
