"I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! If given the chance I would definitely come back again. The staff is super friendly, there is a cafe/breakfast place downstairs next to the lobby that was super convenient. The food is absolutely delicious especially the cakes. The rooms were very clean & the beds were comfy. My favorite was that a lot of the places I wanted to visit were in close distance & transportation was very close by everywhere."

"We booked the hotel as it was a budget choice and I had realistic expectations, the hotel lobby was really nice and modern looking ant the triple room we booked was nice and clean, the 3 members of staff we met were pleasant and also spoke great English, basically I’ve paid a lot more for a lot worse - Hotel Bilbi gets a 10 from me, a short walk down a hill with a great couple of bars on the way down, you’re in the old town within minutes. "Great stopover on our way to France. Parking a bit far away, but helpful staff guided us. super nice with dog bed and bowls for our dog that was also offered a snack on arrival. Nice breakfast to a reasonable price."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very small for 6 people. It would have been nice to have a privacy curtain on each bed. Also we had to move one of the bunks to retrieve something that had fallen behind the bed and it was very dirty. Obviously they never clean between the beds and walls. The elevator worked about 50% of the time. Staff was helpful in making sure I could use it. The location was great. In Old town, very close to the tram and market. Very walkable area."
