"The hotel itself is ok. A bit old, dated room and bathroom. But clean , got bidet. The problem is the surrounding area. I do understand if it’s noisy in afternoon or until 9-10 pm. But the noise continues until early morning. There’s music, lots of people yelling, sirens. And I’m staying at level 14, good for shopping, not good for sleeping "

"Good experience. Suggestions : Use the No disturb system means no check out at 10:00 am. The guest is responsible for the daily clean or not. The time zone, the hourly decallage of some guest may need more sleep and it's very hard to wake up at 10:00 am. It looks a punishment. "

"We loved the Koko hotel in Osaka!! The staff was SUPER helpful right off the bat. We arrived and I realized I left my kindle in the hotel in Kyoto. They helped me by calling the hotel and having it shipped there; it arrived the next day and only cost ¥400. Also, after we left we went to Okinawa for 6 nights, and only needed some of our luggage. The Koko hotel held onto our luggage while we were in Okinawa and then shipped it to the international hotel in Tokyo. By the time we were ready to...

"Good location generally. However the hotel was as basic as you can get. Online check-in, but still had to do the whole check-in process onsite."

"The staff spoke English well and were always willing to help or be accommodating. They cleaned the bathrooms and other areas everyday. Only bad things were that although I stayed in the hotel for nearly 3 weeks they did not change my bed sheets. I'm sure if I requested it it probably would have happened. But it should have been some automatically every few days or so. Also the laundry dryer did not work very well so I used a local laundrymat instead. I would not stay in a hotel ever again...

"Situated approximately a brisk 10 minute walk from either Namba or ebisucho station, this was a convenient property. Rooms are small as appropriate for japan but comfortable and quiet. Bathroom was a little tight. We had a fridge included in the rooms we stayed in which i dont remember feom the amenties which meant the property catered for all our needs. Staff were helpful and lovely"
