"The room was adequate for a one night stay, however not as close to town as expected and up a lot of stairs unless you know an alternate route. Taxis not so easy to get. I would suggest anybody walking to look up the route for cars so you don’t have stairs, with suitcases. Very helpful with suggestions of better walking routes and places to eat and happy to store our bags for the day. A electric jug is provided in the room but no tea or coffee, which is unusual and rather pointless. Comfortable...

I was shocked to find a welcoming environment, a clean, quiet, and air conditioned common space, and a sparkling clean and cheerful women’s dorm with a secure locking closet and a few respectful and quiet occupants. "It is a beautifully situated hotel with amazing views, but the rooms could be updated. We reported wall sockets hanging dangerously off the wall on the second day and nothing was done. "

"Great location roughly 5 minute walk to the green market with plenty of surrounding food options. The bus station is approx 10mins walk. The amenities were sufficient for our five night stay with an addition of a balcony. Neven was a lovely and responsive host making our stay very pleasant. I'd definitly stay here again if I return to Split."
