"We were staying there due to a smow storm so we we just happy to not be driving. Everything about the place was very basic and adequate. The room had been updated nicely. The scent of the deodorizer was sickeningly strong, especially in the hallways. We could not have handled that and the deodorizer in the room for any longer. We were happy to be able to leave the hotel. "

"Clean and well kept. Large comfortable room with a great fireplace. Cozy. Only strike is that it dated and could use a refresh. Would certainly stay again. "

"So the room itself was clean and tidy but the building was not quite what we expected. It was run down and looked a bit of an eye sore. Staff was nice and room was good though "

"The building doesn’t look like a hotel. The sign was not well lit. They are doing renovations which look like they will be nice. Breakfast was underwhelming. The room was clean and large. Be careful when heading out of town towards Greenville, GPS may send you to a dirt road that is private property."

"Easy access. Great price. Clean and comfortable. Good places to eat close by."

"The room was clean & spacious, the staff was very friendly and there was plenty of parking for truck & trailer. Snowmobile trails are located right from the back part of property & gas was just a few buildings down. Very happy overall with the place & would definitely stay again! The only critique I have is that I wish the pool was warmer, they say its a heated pool, but that might be a bit of a stretch, lol"

"We stayed one night - January 26. I came up from Boston with my adult child who had to take a training at the Maine Maritime Academy in Castine. Being January, everything in Castine was closed - no hotels, nothing. this was the next closest place. I was very pleased. THe room was pristine. Looks like brand new carpet and flooring. The room and bathroom were immaculate. THe beds were very comfortable and the towels were of high quality. "

"It was clean, well-maintained and the staff were helpful, courteous and nice. The only downside was the noise from the nearby freeway. But since the decision was made to build the hotel right next to a major interstate highway, there's not a lot to be done about that now. "
