"Villa De Paz was the perfect place for our family vacation. The villa is 2 separate villas sharing a common pool rented as one unit. This worked out great! My son and his wife had one unit and my wife and my other son shared the other. Everyone had privacy and we were still all together. Everything in the villa was outstanding and well equipped. JP was a wealth of knowledge and always answered any questions we had about places to see and how to get there. I hope we can go back regularly and stay...

"We loved this apartment. It was very spacious for the 2 of us and has a couple of nice outdoor seating areas. The power did go out our first night for a couple of hours, but someone brought us a lantern which was super nice! The only downside is we had trouble getting the check in and out instructions and I had to message the host to have them sent to me. But outside of that it was a lovely stay!"

"We travelled to St. Thomas for a wedding and all the guests stayed at Sapphire Beach. Our stay was awesome! The condo was stocked with extra towels, beach towels, snorkel gear, toilet paper, etc! It helped with lightening our luggage which was appreciated since we travelled with our children. Kristen was very responsive and a great host! "We had a great stay on this property. Check-in and check out were smooth. The unit was clean and spacious and had everything we needed - beach towels, washer/dryer, plates, pots, etc. We cooked some of our meals so, it was helpful to have what we’d need for that. The unit has a great view from both balconies (!) and the proximity to the beach was a major plus. Brandon was also really helpful and answered all of our questions very promptly. The house is surrounded by vegetation - you will hear the roosters crowing in the morning and birds chirping outside. This was our first family trip with a total of 14 people - 10 adults & 4 kids under 3. "Watergate villas is a great place for us. It is laid back, casual and located well. The unit we rented was clean. However, the washer and dryer were broken. The owner supplied us with tokens for the communal washers and dryers. We always prefer having access to an in-unit washer and dryer. The pool is pristine and well kept as is the pool deck."
