"2nd time staying at an ∧ Hostel. Affordable, clean, and the staff / amenities are pretty good. Will happily stay again next time that I visit Osaka. Highly recommended."

"Near the Kyoto train station. Small Quiet room with its own small sink and television. Nice selection of books and info about the area. Only bad things was I was told there was a laundry area to wash my clothes but I couldn't find it anywhere."

"Some things may be a little outdated in the Nara Visitor Center & Inn but it is the best bang for your buck in town & the staff was outstanding - so friendly & helpful! I’m so glad we decided to spend a couple of days in Nara instead of just doing it as the day trip that it is so often marketed as. "Hotel was good, great location next to station, staff were excellent. The room I had bathroom was awkward impossible to get in and out of bathroom without twisting legs and knees. I stayed in hotels of all levels all over Japan. I never had any had a design like this. The size of bathroom small, that did not matter and can be normal in Japan. It was the toilet on an angle in front of the door open and make it impossible to get into the bathroom. I stayed in placew where bathroom is same size and...

"Amazing concept, great for solo travelers"

"Park Central Sakura is a nice hotel option who want to get away from the loud lights and sounds of Dotonbori. The hotel is about 20 minutes walking or less with a train station 5 min walking either north or south. The rooms sizes are as expected from Japanese hotels, but the beds and sheets are comfy. "

"There are a lot of homeless people in the area and the lady at the front desk was not friendly. It felt safe with 24 hour staff and the bathrooms and showers were very clean."
