"This property is right by a large shopping area filled with dining areas and shops making it a good location for visitors. We booked a smoking room by accident so the room did smell like smoke but that was on us. Staff was very helpful and accommodating for foreigners and they also offer free breakfast from 6-9am. "

"This is an excellent higher end business hotel with a very nice onsen. Right across from the JR Station and lot's of shopping and eating options. Our room was in the East Tower which had its own private entrance which is more convenient than entering via the hotel lobby. Recommended."

"Very cute rooms, the beds were private and spacious, bedding was very warm and comfortable (slept amazingly). I didn't get back in time for dinner but the udon for breakfast on the first morning was fantastic and I was serenaded by a lovely man playing Ghibli music and the beatles on a ukulele as I ate my cheesy bread on the second morning. Also, the free iced green tea was delicious. There were lots of helpful pamphlets in many languages about what to do and where to go, and the staff were...

"It's a pretty new hotel, right next to the JR Clement Hotel (Clement and Clement Inn are two different hotel buildings). Ita narrow shape is very recognizable once you stepped out of theTakamatsu Station. There are some shopping and food options right at the station, plus there are plenty of eateries and restaurants around the area. There is a 7-Eleven at the ground floor. A short 10-15 min walk or a couple of bus stations away you will find a few shopping streets and they are all in pretty good...

"The hotel is connected to the Tokushima Station and the Clement Plaza (small shopping center) so it is very convenient. I chose a bigger room and it was really nice, especially the bathroom with a tub that has a city view window (very nice at night).The bus stops are also right outside the main entrance and there are many dining options around the area."
