"We stayed at building #2 and #6 due to limited room availability during winter break. Rooms look totally different, one from 2010(#2) vs other from 1980(#6). They are priced as such, too. So set your expectations properly. Interestingly, #6 is easier to access Hiuchi-no-yu(onsen). #2 has good bathroom so you may want to avoid walking all the way to Hiuchi. Dining options are limited to resort itself and price is high to promote all-inclusive plans. Their in-house convenience shop charges extra...

"Very convenient for the station. We arrived with a lot of luggage so was offered an upgrade to a larger room for £10 per night, which we took. Glad we did as room was still compact but did what we needed for two nights. We were able to send a couple of our bags onto the next hotel using Black Cat. The receptionist was very helpful in arranging this for us. "

"This property is just opposite to Nagano station. Buses going towards Hakuba and Snow Monkey Park is on the same side as this Hotel (just opposite to Hotel). Had a 7 eleven convenience store next to the property."
