"Even though the rooms were much smaller than we envisioned, the staff and service were amazing- always super friendly and helpful. Rooms and hotel were very clean, beds were comfortable. For breakfast, it’s more of a small snack to take on the go. Very close to Tokyo main station - about 15 min walk. If you want to take a taxi between the station and hotel it’s only 1000 yen. There are several convenient stores located within blocks. As well very close to the smaller train stations. "

"The stay was a lot better than I expected. The guests were quiet , place was fairly clean, there was a sauna, a TV, mirror in the capsule which I didn't expect. The only minor issue was that it was a little hot when I was sleeping and maybe a plug in wallflower fragrance because it can be slightly smelly due to the number of people staying there"

"I was really happy with my stay at this capsule hotel. I didn’t know what to expect and I think it was a good experience. However, as someone who likes their creature comforts, I don’t know if I would do it again, but I think it was worth the price. Even though it was affordable, it did not mean that it lacked any comfort. "It was a nice clean place to stay but it gets a little warm in there. I asked about A/C and they said they keep it very low, no way to make it cooler. "
