"Start to finish a truly wonderful experience for my wife's 70th.birthday, unfortunately the breakfast was a bit of a let down ie. My wife's French toast was cold and my fried egg was frazzled, definitely the worst fried egg in Ireland. The egg makes the fry. Booked a table for 7pm Saturday evening. Arrived at 6.50 and we were told to wait outside in a side room until 7 even though the restaurant was empty at the time. Not even an offer to provide us with a drink while we waited. "We were at Harvey's Point for a wedding, and just wish we were there for longer to make full use of the facilities. Great staff, the rooms are GINORMOUS and they have thought of everything! the curtain seperating the main bedroom from the room entrance is a superb idea, meaning when I returned later than my husband, i could get changed, use the bathroom and pack with the lights on, without fear of wakening my Husband! The bathroom is bigger than some other hotel rooms! The views over the lough...
