"Room is small as expected but not laid out well. No under bed storage is a serious deficiency so the only place to lay an open suitcase is in front of the door. Which means moving so I can jump over it to leave the room and moving it back when I want to get into the bathroom. Only a small bench is provided so there really isn't anywhere comfortable to sit, had to try to make do by propping pillows up on the bed. "初めての無人ホテルでした。Hotels.comには、アパートメントとの表記はなく、ホテルだと勘違いしました。チェックインの二日前に、チェックインに必要なエントランスのキーが送られてくるようですが、届ておらず、コールセンターに「届いてない」旨伝えたら、「送ってますので」とかなり強く言われました。迷惑メール等も確認しましたが届いてないです。かなり不信感しかありません。 アパートメントタイプはトラブルが多いので避けてたのですが、予約時にはわからず、表記を改善する必要があると思います。また、コールセンターも5時までしかやってないので、たまたまつながったからいいものの、チェックインできなかった可能性もあると思うと怖くてなりません。"
