"I had a great stay at this B&B only a few minutes drive from Ishigaki town. The couple running this property could have not been nicer or more welcoming. I stayed 4 nights and the freshly prepared Okinawan breakfast every morning was amazing and totally different each day. You stay in the same building as the owners and their well behaved pets - one small dog and three cats. The rooms are large and sharing a bathroom was not an issue. "The location is nice, about a 10-minute walk from the main bus and island ferry terminals. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet, but still features some pretty tasty local restaurants and a convenience store nearby. The service is limited in some ways (reception hours, etc as stated in advance) but very friendly and responsive. The room seemed in good condition, and a solid value for the price. "The staff are nice and the girl staff is very helpful. They are all also friendly and had the wonderful time drinking with them at the rooftop."

"The rooms are nice though be aware that this is an unstaffed hotel. Fine for anyone fairly self reliant in Japan but I suppose anyone who would not be comfortable at an unstaffed hotel knows who you they are."
