"Very convenient location. The room is normal size for Japan's standard. I love that they are going more environmental friendly. Reception is at 18 floor and does provide a good view of nagoya city but it can be annoying to go and up down if its busy. "

"The location had a lot of great options on restaurant and the one I like was ramen restaurant that it was next to it."

"We live our stay here. The rooms were spacious and clean, and felt luxurious. Staff were great, and the hotels location was a ten minute walk from the main station and shops, yet it was still quiet and relaxed in the area around the hotel. And there were great food options located close-by. While we didn’t eat at the hotel we can attest that there coffee was excellent and we recommend making sure you get your morning coffee here"

"We travel with two kids. Staff are nice, room and amenities are good. Room is spacious. Foot steps for drug stores and plenty of restaurants nearby. We stayed here for the third time, and this time we stayed for 5 nights. Just like home in Nagoya for our family."

"Walkable from Nagoya train station, though due to ongoing construction, some sections are a bit bumpy. The hotel is very nice, and I would give it 4.5 starts if that was an option. The only negative is that it feels a bit impersonal, and it seems mostly oriented towards business travelers."
