"Large and clean rooms. Beautiful indoor heated pool overlooking the ocean. Stayed with a group of 12 separated in two rooms and we all slept comfortably (3 adults and 3 kids per room). Would love to book this hotel again! "

"The staff and service are very professional, kind, and very patient with my lack of Japanese fluency. It occurred to me within the first few minutes at the property that it wasn't clearly described as a pet [friendly] hotel with many accomodations for our four legged friends. There's nothing wrong with this, I love pets but was not expecting this as it was not very clear when booking through Expedia. "Address is incorrect and phone number does not work. Had to walk in the dark on a busy highway with no street lights and only light from my phone. Its not a hotel qith dogs. More like a dog hotel. The whole place smells like soggy wet dog. Didnt use anything in the room. Afriad kight have been used for dogs. More like a dog hotel than a hptel for human with dogs. I was prepared to crawl into doggy bed. "
