"All about the location and ease factor to so many places and close to Sapporo train station "

"Hotel was located steps away from Higashi Sapporo subway station and next to an AEON supermarket. It was very convenient. It was only a 10 minute transit trip to the middle of Sapporo and another 5 minutes to the JR station. Very affordable stay considering my dates overlapped with the snow festival. Hotel was clean and wifi was good. I didn’t use the sauna but it looked great. Hotel provided amenities at the front desk including instant coffee from Doutour. However, front desk was not staffed...

"Great location close to Susukino station with a lot of shops and restaurants in the area. It's good if you like the nightlife, but not as great if you don't. The room and hotel facilities were very clean. It's a no frills type of place, which I expected since I got the room for a very low price. The breakfast was basic (a few types of bread), but the coffee machine was nice and had different beverage options."

"If you're a tourist from the United States, you might find the room a tad small compared to what you're used to. But the hotel is clean, the staff is helpful and attentive, the breakfast is fantastic for the price, and it is located literally 100 feet from the train station. It is a budget-friendly option and I think if you're a single person or couple looking for a clean and safe option, this hotel could be what you're looking for. Very pleased with our stay."

"I've fallen victim to a few (relatively) inexpensive hotels with reviews and photos that don't accurately display the property's low standards. This hotel is not one of those. All of the staff members I've interacted with have been cordial and willing to help and the many rooms I've stayed in have been clean and not misrepresented in size or condition. There are blemishes here and there but from my experience none are worth avoiding booking here again."

"Check in time was rather strict at 3pm, we reached at 2.45pm but had to wait. Free bottled water provided, rooms were clean. Our rooms faced the railway tracks and we could hear the trains faintly in the early morning. Very close to Sapporo station though not directly connected. "

"Great experience with a larger than expected room! Very clean and comfortable. The check in process is rather strange having to call the "front desk" and fill out our own forms was a bit of a process as well. Overall had a great time here though."

"I cannot expect more as it is value for money. The hotel is approx. 400-500 meters from Sapporo Station. One thing matter is about the bathroom. I prefer not to have the bathtub so the space will be better for movement. It just too small. "
