"The staff were friendly and helpful, the communal areas were modern, and the hotel was clean and well-maintained, but felt like a budget hotel. The location wasn't ideal after we'd stayed earlier in the city center - very limited dining and pub options; you need to drive/cab to places that have more options. "Another great stay at the Clayton Burlington Road (we stayed here 3-4 times now) and have enjoyed the location, staff, etc every time— that said, we did have an issue with our heating, which the staff were very kind about in trying to fix, but unable to remedy the air system, leaving us with a very, very warm hotel room (80 degrees) for the duration of our stay"

"We needed to be close to St. Vincent's for family reasons. This hotel was a short walk away, and easier to park our car than going to the hospital! Rooms were clean, great views, a nice buzz around the place as it was the week of Young Scientists and there were many attendees staying there also. Food options were OK, overall the place leaned more into a corporate than tourist vibe with everything you might need without being overly unique."
