They had Kinjo loungewear available as promised. I was in a 2 bed room just for myself and it was comfortable and clean. I love the dryer room! After 15 minutes of looking around; the staff from the second floor came down to greet me; and I got checked led in. The language barrier was very real; as my Japanese was non existent.
