"Great staff and close to Casino/Concert venue and Waterpark "

"I stayed at this property about 8 years ago, seems they had just remodeled the property. So I chose this property again because of past experience. The place was still clean but you can see where it's starting to decline. I'll never understand why properties don't keep things up when something needs to be fixed. Keep in mind, everything I am saying, is minor but I can see the difference from 8 years ago. If you are a light sleeper, request an even number room. Odd numbers are on the side...

"The hotel was quiet and quaint. The front house staff was helpful and kind. The continental breakfast was just right. Beautiful views from our room of the lake and marina. "

"Me and my daughter enjoyed everything she loved the pool with was open until 11 pm so convenient for us with it being inside and breakfast was great and coffee 24/7 will stay again "

"Front desk staff was friendly and efficient. Facility in excellent condition. Airport Shuttle was on time and easy short trip."

"Good location, close to Outlets and Frankenmuth. Girl at desk was very friendly. Check on was quick. Forgot our toothpaste and desk gave us that and mouthwash. Had variety of snacks and meals to purchase. Free breakfast decent. Only complaint was they did not offer hashbrowns. Quiet as well. "

"There was a lady at the desk that was very rude. When ever we asked her for anything she rolled her eyes and acted very inconvenienced by having to do her job. She did not have a name tag but was at the front between the hours of 5pm and 630pm. There also was another lady who was very polite. I just want to make sure you guys are aware of the rude ladies behavior."
