"I liked how friendly the staff was and how clean and stocked the rooms were. Though something in the hallways smelled pretty musty. I didn't like how the elevator was not in use and I had to walk up and down the stairs as I suffer with neuropathy, but I was forwarded that it was the case. I really didn't like that the Jacuzzi was drained and the pool was dirty. I specifically chose a place with a pool and a Jacuzzi to relax after a long day of shopping and I didn't get that. All in all though it...

"Room I was in had some repair issues that I saw. There was a hole in the wall where it looks like something had been originally had been but had not gotten fixed as of yet. The baseboard and the carpet meet up had a bit that was sticking out and needed repair. Hot water in the bathroom shower, I had to move it further than expected to even get the water to move out. "
