"The staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location for access to train, bus, and monorail (direct line to Itami Airport). While the building is a little older, everything is clean and well-maintained. This was my second time staying at the hotel. "

"Great staff attendance and care. Take in consideration that is a bit over the hand to get to the city.. 2/4 min walk to buss station and than 7:8 to the train. Change a few times. Renting a car is good, however tolls are a pain in the ass. If u want to visit Nara, Kyoto, Kobe"

"私の日本旅行は2週間でした。その中でこのホテルだけ足を伸ばしてバスタブに浸かることができました。他のホテルはほとんどと言っていいほどユニットバスでしたがここは古い感はあれど良い広い風呂場でした。ホテルの目の前にあるライフには素晴らしい食品商品があり活気が感じられ、地域のための値段で購入することができます。またそのビルにはその他の店舗もありダイソーなど。全てほとんどのものが、手に入れることができます。ホテル自体はとてもきれいでした。スタッフもよくやっていました。"

"I stayed here the night before I had an extremely early flight out of Osaka Itami airport. The owner was very friendly and we chatted for a little while before I headed out for the night. The 10 minute walk from the nearest train station was a bit inconvenient with my luggage, but the walk was very quiet and (of course) safe, winding through dense 1 and 2-story properties.
