"Probably my fault, but I was surprised no TV, micro, or fridge. Staff was very kind, but they knew I double booked by mistake and didn’t mention it until I arrived. Again, my fault, but they have a 3 day cancellation policy and when I tried to shorten the duplicated reservation (dates after 3-days) they would not. That was disappointing, but ultimately my fault. "This is a four star one star hotel. That means that for a lower end property, it’s a pretty good example. Parking is a nightmare as it is in a residential area and you will probably have to park at a garage a few hundred meters away and pay around 25 Euros a day. The hotel itself is a bit dingy but clean and you need a key to get into the property so safety is not an issue.
