"I’d fully recommend this hotel for a stay when visiting Strasbourg. The tram is a 5 min walk and gets you straight into the markets and in the main station. The room was very comfortable and exactly what was needed for a base to go explore. The bed was huge and very comfy. The shower was powerful and hot. The only downside was there isn’t a baggage store once checked out. "

"The staff at this hotel from the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant team is fabulous. The morning breakfast, the location & the spa are also excellent. My room was a bit tired & dated for a 5-star hotel, but the other wonderful things more than compensate! Thank you for a nice stay."

"I like the unique layout of the room. Wasn't able to enjoy the spa amenities because it was fully booked. I paid for breakfast for my whole stay and it was buffet style from 6-10 we went to enjoy breakfast and my daughter forgot that she wanted an apple. She went back down to grab one sense it was still breakfast hours and was told she could not. The wifi was very spotty. Outside of that.
