「This property is very unique. It has only five rooms, each of which is quite distinct. One of the rooms even has its own swimming pool. The breakfasts are wonderful and different each day. The staff is very friendly and the setting is gorgeous.」

「Gostamos muito da localização, fácil acesso para o metrô, uber e muita coisa da para fazer a pé, não aconselho ir de carro, não tem vaga e os lugares para estacionar são bem difíceis, usa-se senhas para acessar o quarto que é muito prático, ar condicionado silencioso e eficiente a janela tem um acústico ótimo, o café da manhã é muito bom, mas senti falta de ovos e sucos naturais. 「The owner Raul is a very friendly and intelligent guy. He provided a lot of info about the area, such as the botanical garden, the mall and the restaurants etc. The hot water shower was the best I had during my trip in Brazil. His house is located in a very nice neighborhood. It’s easy to walk around and find the way back. 」

「Fiquei com minha família de 4 pessoas. Foi muito conveniente bem em frente à praia de Copacabana. Foi ótimo que o estacionamento coberto fosse gratuito. Conseguimos preparar um café da manhã simples, chá e café com todos os utensílios de cozinha. A máquina de lavar também foi preparada com detergente e estava utilizável. Embora xampu e sabonete não fossem fornecidos, o banheiro era limpo e satisfatório. Infelizmente, não havia futons suficientes para o número de pessoas.」

「O quarto é amplo e tem duas camas de casal. Isso é ótimo. A localização é maravilhosa! O ar condicionado é muito silencioso. Os porteiros são muito educados e atenciosos. Pontos negativos: o apartamento não estava limpo direito. Tinha uma garrafa de Gatorade embaixo da cama, matei aranha pequena na cama, a mesinha do quarto está bamba e, infelizmente, por não bater sol, as roupas não secam. O apartamento tem mofo e, quando entramos, o cheiro é muito forte. O aquecedor não estava funcionando e...
