Amazing place! It's rare when pictures don't do a house justice. Views are amazing! Nicely updated interior! Great location close to state line and South Lake Tahoe. Owner even left a note with a bottle of wine for us! Would totally stay there again.

Perfect Townhouse with a Gorgeous View
Beautiful townhouse with everything you could possibly need and an amazing view of the lake. Super close to town also. The owners are super sweet and have put a lot of attention to detail in their beautiful home. Would love to stay here again!

The location was close to everything. The owners were very responsive and informed us of current conditions in the area. The home is perfectly decorated and equipped. Lastly, we were there for my daughters birthday and they left a note acknowledging it. Beyond sweet. We will be back!

Excellent Getaway
We had a wonderful time at your home. Gorgeous views, immaculate space and a perfect selection of games for our crew (not always easy with ages ranging from 9-40+). Well-appointed kitchen, beach gear, and various nooks to hang out in made for a relaxing and restful time for all. And while A/C wasn’t necessarily a need, it was a huge bonus to know it was available. Would definitely rent again if we are in the area.

Wonderful House!
This house is amazing! When you get to the third floor prepare yourself for an absolutely beautiful view. You can even see the hot air balloon take off from a boat if you are there in the summer. Location was perfect! Host was very quick in responding to inquiries and they left a book which gave lots of necessary info. The house is very well appointed, appliances are all brand new and the decor is perfect. Lots of games in the cabinets for those game nights. And I have to mention the high quality toilet paper :-) Most rentals have cheap one ply stuff. This house has top shelf stuff which is an indication of how much the hosts want to make you as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend doing the E bikes around the lake. Wonderful views and lots of options for pics. We also took a drive around the entire lake and stopped multiple times for photos. Overall an amazing vacation!

Great Location and beautiful views of Lake
Our family thoroughly enjoyed this property! The home was clean and all the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. The location was perfect for easy drives to Round Hill, Nevada Beaches & Heavenly Village. Mark was accomodating and easy to reach by phone when needed. Highly recommend this property. Looking forward to renting and staying here again! LLove from Reno. :-)

Stunning
Our stay at Mark & Brenda's home far exceeded our expectations in everyway. The home was immaculately clean and beautifully furnished. Not only was the home appealing to the eye but was equally, exceptionally comfortable --- from the living and dining furnishings to the beds and linens. The view of the lake and mountains was just stunning no matter the time of day. The kitchen was equipped with everything anyone could possibly need, all kitchen items were stored neatly and orderly. All the appliances are brand new, clean and worked perfectly. The location was perfect for our Lake Tahoe family reunion. I honestly cannot say enough to describe our total satisfaction with our stay. This home was the nicest and most comfortable we have ever experienced and we would not hesitate to rent Mark and Brenda's home again. Thank you so much for the best vacation ever.

Exceptional hosptality with a view
This was the perfect getaway for friends. The living area on the third floor provides a beautiful view of Lake Tahoe which we enjoyed while eating dinner, playing cards, or just chatting. We did all our own cooking and the house was well-supplied. The grocery store is less than a mile away.

Beautiful property
The place was just perfect. Stunning view from the top floor of the property. Very well equipped kitchen and perfect for a family. The one thing that could have been good was the shades in the master bedroom. We could not figure out a way to make it dark. So it was very bright in the morning. Otherwise, it was perfect. If we had to plan another trip, we would definitely not hesitate to rebook this property.

Perfect Family Getaway
We enjoyed the nicely decorated and furnished home. Light and airy, great view, fun pool table, many bathrooms, nicely appointed with towels and beach chairs, etc. We also enjoyed the community pickleball courts and pool. Very relaxing space close to everything we wanted to do!

Fabulous Getaway
This is my second time staying at Mark and Brenda's place, and I can confidently say that I will definitely check availability here whenever I return to the area. The views from the condo are nothing short of majestic, with stunning sunsets that create a perfect end to each day. There is so much to do within just a few minutes' drive, making it an ideal location for a variety of activities. Whether you want to spend the day lounging at the beach, exploring the numerous hiking trails, or enjoying a round of golf, this place has it all. The condo itself is absolutely beautiful, featuring tasteful decor and equipped with all the amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It truly feels like a home away from home, and I can't wait to come back again.

Perfect place for an awesome weekend get away with breath taking views of the lake right from the living room. Just a stone throw away from happening places in and around heavenly village and <10 min drive to locations in South Lake Tahoe. Beautifully designed and kept, to give that “at home” feeling. Host was super accommodative and responsive making our check-in, stay, and check-out a breeze. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back without even batting an eye.

A breath of fresh air!
Amazing! Even better than the description! The online pictures don't capture how flawlessly appointed and decorated it is. It was fresh, spacious, comfortable and made you feel like you were in a luxurious mountain retreat. There were many small thoughtful touches throughout the home that were warm and inviting. Loved the kitchen, it was well stocked, had all we needed and more.The view was breathtaking and never got old, watching the light change and sparkle on the water from sunup to sundown.The location was very convenient to all local interests and shopping. We were able to enjoy walking on the trails that were near. Highly recommend it! We will be back.

Stunning View of Lake Tahoe
What a gem! We couldn't have been happier staying at this charming 3-story condo with gorgeous lake views!!! The location is awesome—very close to restaurants and a grocery store in south Lake Tahoe but also peaceful and very comfortable. Mark was very good with communications for checking in and provided a great book at the house with important information. So nice that they had coffee and coffee maker so we didn't have to stress about that the first morning. We loved the awesome whole house speaker setup—so easy to play your Spotify tunes anywhere you wanted. The kitchen was well-equipped and even had an air fryer and stand mixer! Our family loved the pool table, especially once the sun had gone down. This was a wonderful vacation and we plan to come back again and again.

Great location at the South end of the lake
We spent four nights here with our adult kids. Plenty of room for everyone. There were a few things that would have enhanced our stay, but overall it is a nice property with a beautiful view and some nice extra features. One thing we wished we had taken was beach towels. There were nice, white fluffy towels in the condo, but nothing for beach use. We did meet a very nice neighbor who loaned us towels and two beach chairs! We really enjoyed the pool, the fireplace, the selection of games, and the firepit table. The location was really nice, conveniently located to groceries and other shopping. Great place to stay with beautiful views!

Great Location
This was a perfect place for our family of 4 to stay. Each person had their own room and plenty of space, the kitchen was well equipped and the view from the balcony was spectacular- we enjoyed it every night. And the location for access to anything in South Lake Tahoe was perfect.

Perfect Perch to Explore South Lake Tahoe
This condo was perfect for us, our adult sons and their girlfriends. The top floor had an amazing view of the lake and the mountains, more than adequate kitchen supplies and spices, plus plenty of space to hang or play cards. Spectrum was doing maintenance in the area which impacted our ability to watch TV and use Wi-Fi, but that is most likely a temporary issue which won’t affect future renters. Overall we loved our four days at the property.

Great stay, at a great property with a kind property owner.
I would rate the property and the property owner very highly. The property was well kept, with a great view from the upper floor with nice accommodations for anyone renting this unit. I would recommend it to any friend or family.
