"Everything about this trip was ELITE. Communication was great, the property manager/owner really cares about your stay and experience, and you can feel that. The house itself is incredible. The kitchen, dining room, bedrooms, sitting rooms, deck space, game room, guest house, all simply outstanding. The beach is less than 50 steps from the door. The views are absolutely breathtaking. "Although we only spent one night at Elizabeth house our stay was perfect! This home is very large with all the nooks and crannies that I personally love plus comfortable beds, oodles of books to read, tons of cool artwork and other things to look at but I wouldn’t recommend staying here with little ones who don’t yet have the control or ability to keep their hands to themselves! Check in was effortless and we were greeted with a lovely fire going in the fireplace! Would definitely stay again!"

"Everything was clean and up to date. Our only gripe was an unpleasant odor in the bathroom upon arrival and into the night. It wasn’t noticeable the next morning. I commented on it to the desk clerk upon returning from dinner. Chaz offered to move us but we decided it wasn’t worth the effort to move. Everything appeared spotless so the source was a mystery. This experience would not keep us from trying Avid again."

"Honestly, I was extremely worried at first from the reviews I had seen online. I took a chance with my family and I am gald i did. The staff was extremely helpful to start off. The room was huge, which was a 2 queen bed suite. The pool was amazing and the hot tub was working. The pool was a little cold, but i am a person who isnt intitled thinking i need the red carpet everywhere I go. The hotel was in a walking distance to everything you could think of."

"Very limited amenities. Lots of hard surfaces (floors, hallways, etc). Also, bed was overly soft and unsupportive. Granted we have a TempurPedic at home so our bar is higher, however the bed at CityFlats was worse than our cheapest mattress in a box. "

Incredible Spring Break Stay

The kitchen, dining room, bedrooms, sitting rooms, deck space, game room, guest house, all simply outstanding. The beach is less than 50 steps from the door. The views are absolutely breathtaking. Appreciated the "accessories" - the hot tub, swimming pool, grills, Keurig, pool table, ping pong table, foosball table, PS5, and even the first aid kit (whoops). Thank you for the priceless family memories, I cannot wait to stay here again!"

"The room and beds where clean and comfortable. The price was on the cheap side so didn’t know what to expect but was very pleased with it. The staff was friendly and breakfast was ok for a motel breakfast. The only negative I would have is the room next to us was loud until past midnight. I would probably stay again."
