「サービスも雰囲気もすばらしい。 ハーフボードの食事付きでしたが、料理は豊富ですが余り美味しくなかった。二晩目のレストラン、クリスタルはマーマー。巨大ホテルなので仕方ないかと思いますが。二食付きで二人で二万くらいは長期滞在にはおすすめ。 目の前の砂漠と海の景色、街の散策も便利です。」

「裏口から出ると、ビーチから近くて便利。バス停からも歩いてホテルまで１０分程度でした。ハーフボードの夕食はバイキング形式でした。」

「I enjoyed my stay here, even though it was very short. Just to sleep before an early morning flight. I really appreciated how they assisted me in arranging a taxi to the airport the night before my flight. And, since I’d be missing the included breakfast, they packed me a bagged breakfast/lunch of donuts, a sandwich, an apple, and a bottle of water. Very kind of them and exceptional customer service. 「Poolen är uppvärmd till 23-24 grader men det känns kallt. På eftermiddagen är hela poolområdet i skugga men på taket är det sol. Trevligt med havsutsikt från balkongen med morgonsol. Ingen bar eller restaurang men det finns flera i närheten. Trevlig personal. Parkering finns. Poolhanddukar finns att låna. Luktade lite fukt i sovrummet, vet inte om det var pga närheten till havet. 」

「A great adults only hotel. Clean, comfortable rooms and a wonderful breakfast. The staff are super helpful and friendly too. The location is really good. The Yumbo is one street away, and although there are many bars and restaurants in easy walking distance, it is quiet at night so you can sleep well. Highly recommended. 」

「Another fantastic stay at Neptuno. It’s my hotel of choice when staying at Playa. The pool area is fantastic with a bar, sauna and steam room. The staff are friendly and will go out of their way to help you. I always was greeted with a smile, the food is delicious. I like the grill and the grill by the pool in the bar area. The room has all the facilities you will need. My only concerns were the water in the pool being murky and people dragging a chair across the floor at all times in the room...
