"We had an unique experience staying here. Shoes ares kept in lockers next to hotel entrance. We walked on the soft, comfortable tatami throughout the hotel common area. The hotel provides mechanic car park - which is helpful, so we don't have to worry about our car being subject to snow or cold. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Wonderful hotel. I will definitely come back. The bed is excellent, soft like clouds! I did not want to leave my bed in the morning. Breakfast selection is decent too. In your hotel room, there is very detailed muti-page recommendation of places and food to try. It is written in both japanese and english. The location is about 5mins from Matsumoto castle. Check if the castle does light up at night during your stay."

"If you’d like to experience an authentic ryokan with onsen and terrific kaiseki dining this place is a good choice. Although the facilities show some wear and tear, overall it’s clean and adequately maintained. The staff ensure guests feel welcomed and taken care of. I would stay again. "

"The rooms were very clean and the location was excellent. We were a short walk from the train station and also a nice walk to the Matsumoto Castle. The only negative experience was the free breakfast which was styrofoam dinner trays, individually wrapped croissants and a Japanese style breakfast which we did not find appetising. We did not participate and ate elsewhere."

"hotel ofereceu muito mais do que esperava para um 2 estrelas; já fiquei em 4 estrelas que ofereceu metade do que Hotel M Matsumoto; há um espaço comum de mesas de trabalho, bem como para fazer refeições, onde há chás e café a vontade; todos ambientes limpos e agradáveis, funcionários atenciosos; várias amenidades; 5 mins da estação Matsumoto. Vindo a Matsumoto voltarei a me hospedar aqui com certeza."

"駅からも近いので駅周辺のレストランも行きやすい。最初に外履きを脱いだら館内はお座敷スタイルなので、温泉等の移動が履物の履き替えがなくて足元も温かくて便利。色々サービスも多く、温泉が夜中でも行けるのが良かった。朝食や夜鳴きそばの時のスタッフの対応と笑顔も良くて、忙しい時間でもせかせかする感じてなくて過ごしやすかった。城下町の方のホテルが街の雰囲気も良いと思っていたがこっちも良いなと思わさせてくれた。"
