Visit the historic town centre of Ieper and explore sights such as the Menen Gate, the city walls and the Flanders Fields Museum. The nearby Palingbeek nature reserve also invites you to take a trip into nature. For day trips further afield, Bruges and Lille are easily accessible by car. Families with children can visit the nearby Plopsaland De Panne or the Bellewaerde amusement park.
